By accessing Stepien Lake’s Commercial Online Extranet (the ‘Extranet’) you agree to the following Terms of Use.
Access
The Extranet is private and is only to be accessed by parties expressly authorised by Stepien Lake LLP or our clients. Some of the information on this extranet is confidential and the unauthorised review, use, copying or circulation of the documents (or the information they contain) is strictly prohibited.
We may suspend your access to our Extranet at any time without liability, if in our reasonable opinion, such action is necessary to protect the Extranet or other users of the Extranet from harm or damage.
Security
The Extranet is a secure application which includes user authentication, access controls, user permissions, 128 bit SSL data encryption and a secure protected database. Although these facilities provide a high level of protection, total security of the Extranet cannot be guaranteed.
Password
You agree to be responsible for use made of all user passwords allocated to you and your nominated users. You and your users must keep the passwords strictly confidential, and notify us immediately if any are lost or stolen or disclosed to anyone who is not a user, or if any user leaves your employment or you believe the security is threatened in any way.
Liability
All liability, including liability for negligence which might arise from use of, reliance on and access to the Extranet, is excluded.
Disclaimers and Exclusions
You accept that unless we have explicitly stated or agreed otherwise:
- Content appearing on the Extranet is not intended to constitute legal advice. You have full responsibility for how you choose to use any Content.
- although we use reasonable efforts to check the suitability of any Content, we cannot accept any liability for any omissions or errors in any Content or in relation to any Content being out of date.
- we cannot be liable where any of the Extranet or any Content is not available due to technical problems or other factors beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to problems with communications or the Internet generally);
- on occasion, we may also update or make other changes to the Extranet and any Content as we deem appropriate; and
- where we provide links to any other third party websites or online materials this is for information only. Such links are not to be treated as endorsements by us of any such third party business, product or service and we accept no liability for your use of these sites or materials, which will be subject to their own terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to change these Terms from time to time and these should be read in conjunction with any additional terms and conditions as notified to you.
Please note that your access to the Extranet may be suspended or terminated by us at any time (with or without notice) if we have reason to believe that you or your organisation (including any of its authorised users, employees or agents) may have breached any of these Terms of Use.
